MOES ZT-SY-RD ZigBee Scene Switch

The MOES ZT-SY-RD is a multifunctional, smart rotary switch that redefines home control. The device operates in two modes: as a scene controller for activating complex automations and as a remote dimmer for ZigBee light bulbs. Using ZigBee 3.0 technology, it ensures stable connectivity with the Tuya ecosystem while consuming minimal energy. Thanks to its compact dimensions (40 x 29 mm) and battery power, you can install it anywhere, gaining intuitive control over lighting, temperature, or blinds.

Intuitive gesture and rotation control

Forget about traditional buttons. The MOES ZT-SY-RD offers as many as five different interactions: single, double, and long presses, as well as rotation and press-and-rotate. This allows you to assign multiple functions to a single, compact device—from turning on the lights to precise dimming or changing the color of the lighting.

Smart Scenes

In Scenario Mode, the switch acts as a trigger for smart routines in the Tuya Smart app. With a single click, you can activate the "Coming Home" mode, which simultaneously turns on the lights and the air conditioner. Turning the knob, on the other hand, can, for example, close the blinds and turn on the water heater before a bath. All of this happens without taking your phone out of your pocket.

Remote Dimmer

The switch offers a dedicated Remote Mode for direct control of ZigBee bulbs. In this mode, the knob acts as a precise dimmer—turning it adjusts the brightness, and pressing while turning allows for a smooth change in color temperature (CCT). Please note that advanced control features, including setting colors from the RGB palette (by pressing and holding for more than 3 seconds), are available only for bulbs operating on the ZigBee standard.

Instant installation

Thanks to battery power (CR2032) and wireless communication, installation requires no drilling into walls or running wires. You can stick the switch on a nightstand, by the door, or simply place it on a coffee table.

ZigBee 3.0 network stability

The device requires a ZigBee gateway for proper operation, which guarantees significantly higher stability and speed than Wi-Fi solutions. The use of the ZigBee 3.0 protocol ensures that automations work reliably, and the switch does not overload your router, offering a range of up to 50 m in open space.
